d. No Information from Children Under Age 18. Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to register with us at the Site or provide any personal information to the Company. 3. HOW WE USE AND SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

Customers can contact us to delete their information, and we will do so for the information we have at their request.  We may, however, retain a copy of the information for backup, archival and/or audit purposes unless we are required to delete those records.

5. SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION

We use industry standard physical, technical and administrative security measures and safeguards to protect the confidentiality and security of your personal information, including SSL, firewalls, encryption, internal policies and practices that limit and prohibit storage or transfer of customer records, fraud and ID theft protection, and confidentiality agreements with employees and third parties. 6. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

Under California’s “Shine the Light” law, California residents who provide personal information in obtaining products or services for personal, family or household use are entitled to request and obtain from us once a calendar year information about the customer information we shared, if any, with other businesses for their own direct marketing uses. If applicable, this information would include the categories of customer information and the names and addresses of those businesses with which we shared customer information for the immediately prior calendar year (e.g. requests made in 2018 will receive information regarding 2017 sharing activities).

The Company will first call to verify the validity of the request and will then provide the requested information as promptly as possible. Please be aware that not all information sharing is covered by the “Shine the Light” requirements and only information on covered sharing will be included in our response.

Under California’s Consumer Privacy Act (the CCPA), you have the right to have us delete information collected from you (subject to some exceptions) and the right to opt-out of the sale of your personal information gathered through the Site.
