2. INFORMATION THAT WE COLLECT
a. Information You Provide to Us. We collect information provided to us by our customers, for example when a customer requests information from us whether through electronic mail or through any means available on the Site, contacts customer support, or otherwise communicates with us. This information may include:
- Home or business mailing address
- Billing address
- Email address
- Home telephone number
- Mobile telephone number
- Username and password
- User feedback
b. Information We Collect Through Customer Use of the Site. We collect certain information automatically as customers use the Site, such as:
- IP address
- Browser type
- Computer or device type
- Unique device identifier/number
- Operating system
- Referring Universal Resource Locator (URL)
- Time and date accessed
- Pages viewed
- Name of Internet Service Provider (ISP)
- Persistent cookies
- Session cookies
- Local shared objects (flash cookies)
We use third-party analytics tools and cookies to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Site. These tools collect information sent by customer to help us improve the Site, improve the Site’s functionality or collect user data including ad data. This information will only be gathered with your consent.
c. Information Collected – Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to collect certain information relating to customer use of the Site. Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on customer computers or mobile devices, to help analyze how Customers are using the Site. Customers can find out more about how Google uses data when they visit the Site by visiting “How Google uses data when you use our partners’ sites or apps”, (located at Google Analytics Policies).
d. No Information from Children Under Age 18. Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to register with us at the Site or provide any personal information to the Company. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 18, we will promptly delete that information. 3. HOW WE USE AND SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
a. To Provide Services and Information. We collect information from customers in order to provide product suggestions and information; register and service customer accounts; provide information requested from us by our customers; analyze customer information and data; send newsletters to customers, improve, test and monitor the Site; distribute promotional materials or advertisements about our products, as well as new features and offerings; administer surveys, sweepstakes, promotions and contests; and protect the security and integrity of the Site and the Company’s business.
b. Sharing with Third Parties. We may provide information to third party service providers that help us operate and manage the Site, process transactions on third-party websites that begin on the Site, and advertise, market or promote Company’s products. These service providers will have access to customer personal information in order to provide these services, but when this occurs, we implement reasonable contractual and technical protections to limit their use of that information to helping us operate or manage the site, or promote our products. We may share customer personal information with third parties who may contact our customers about their products and services that may be of interest to said customers. We may also remove parts of data that can identify specific Site users and share the remaining aggregated anonymous/de-identified data with other third parties to use for analytical purposes.
d. Legal Proceedings. We will share personal or customer information with third party companies, organizations or individuals outside of Company if we have a good-faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary to:
- Meet any applicable law, regulation, subpoena, legal process or enforceable governmental request.
- Detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues.
- Protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of Company, our users, customers or the public as required or permitted by law.
We will also share your information if we are required to do so by law or by any legitimate court order.

Customers can contact us to delete their information, and we will do so for the information we have at their request. We may, however, retain a copy of the information for backup, archival and/or audit purposes unless we are required to delete those records.
5. SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION
We use industry standard physical, technical and administrative security measures and safeguards to protect the confidentiality and security of your personal information, including SSL, firewalls, encryption, internal policies and practices that limit and prohibit storage or transfer of customer records, fraud and ID theft protection, and confidentiality agreements with employees and third parties. However, since the Internet is not a 100% secure environment, we cannot guarantee, ensure, or warrant the security of any information customers transmit to us. There is no guarantee that information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards. Customers have a responsibility to protect the security of their login information and their own hardware, software, systems, and devices. Emails and other communications sent to us through the Site are not encrypted, and we strongly advise customers not to communicate any confidential information through these means.
6. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
Under California’s “Shine the Light” law, California residents who provide personal information in obtaining products or services for personal, family or household use are entitled to request and obtain from us once a calendar year information about the customer information we shared, if any, with other businesses for their own direct marketing uses. If applicable, this information would include the categories of customer information and the names and addresses of those businesses with which we shared customer information for the immediately prior calendar year (e.g. requests made in 2018 will receive information regarding 2017 sharing activities).
To obtain this information, you can contact us with a “Request for California Privacy Information” on the subject line and in the body of your message and provide a telephone number where you can be reached. The Company will first call to verify the validity of the request and will then provide the requested information as promptly as possible. Please be aware that not all information sharing is covered by the “Shine the Light” requirements and only information on covered sharing will be included in our response.
Under California’s Consumer Privacy Act (the CCPA), you have the right to have us delete information collected from you (subject to some exceptions) and the right to opt-out of the sale of your personal information gathered through the Site. Doing so will not impact your usage of the Site or discriminate against you in any other way
7. CONSENT TO PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA IN UNITED STATES
If a customer or customer representative is a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA) or other jurisdiction outside of the U.S., in order to provide the Service and access to the Site to the customer, we may send and store personal information (also commonly referred to as personal data) outside of the EEA, including to the United States. Accordingly, personal customer information may be transferred outside of the country where the customer resides or is located, including to countries that may not or do not provide the same level of protection for such personal information. We are committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of personal information when it is transferred. Where such transfers occur, we take appropriate steps to provide the same level of protection for the processing carried out in any such countries as within the EEA to the extent feasible under applicable law. By using and accessing the Site, users who reside or are located in countries outside of the United States agree and consent to the transfer to and processing of personal information on servers located outside of the country where they reside, and that the protection of such information may be different than required under the laws of their residence or location.
